If you’re here, I imagine you’re seeking something—a sense of peace, clarity, or maybe even a way back to yourself. I know that longing well.
My own path hasn’t always been easy. Like many women, I’ve walked through seasons of challenge and change, learning some of life’s hardest lessons along the way. For years, I thought I had to figure it all out on my own. But with time (and plenty of soul searching), I realized that much of my journey—both the struggles and the breakthroughs—was already written in the stars.
When I discovered astrology, it felt like finding a map of my soul. Suddenly, all those experiences started to make sense. The patterns, the timing, even the hard edges—they were pointing me toward my purpose. That awareness allowed me to step back, turn on the inner observer, and approach my life with more curiosity than judgment.
Now, I blend all the threads of my journey—astrology, energy healing, herbalism, and the deep wisdom that comes from living fully—into the work I share with others. My greatest joy is holding space for women to reconnect with their own rhythms, their bodies, and their innate wisdom.
The plants, the moon, and the cycles of nature continue to be my teachers, reminding me that healing doesn’t happen all at once—it unfolds gently, in its own time.
