What is energy healing?
Energy healing is a gentle, natural way to help your body, mind, and spirit come back into balance. It’s based on the idea that we’re all made of energy—and when that energy is flowing freely, we feel healthy, peaceful, and connected. But when that flow gets blocked by stress, trauma, or life’s challenges, we can start to feel off.
Unlike conventional medicine, energy healing works on the energetic blueprint of the body, addressing the root causes of imbalance that may manifest physically, emotionally, or spiritually. It is a non-invasive, complementary modality that can be safely integrated with other forms of healthcare.
This realigning and freedom of energy flow promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and fosters emotional and physical healing through gentle touch or intentional energy transfer. By channeling the life force energy—also known as “ki” or “chi”— balance is restored and supports the body, mind, and spirit.

What to expect:
Your first energy healing session is a gentle invitation to relax and receive. When you arrive, we’ll take a few minutes to chat about how you're feeling and what you’d like support with—physically, emotionally, or energetically. You’ll then lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table, close your eyes, and simply rest.
During the session, I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above your body, gently guiding energy to help you release tension, clear blocks, and restore balance. Most clients describe the experience as deeply calming—some feel warmth, tingling, or waves of emotion, while others simply feel peaceful and still.
After the session, we’ll take a few moments to reflect on anything that came up and talk through any questions you may have. My goal is always to create a safe, loving space for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered on your healing journey.
How to prepare
Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Energy work supports energetic and physical release, and hydration helps that process flow more smoothly.
Wear something comfortable. You’ll remain fully clothed during your session, so dress in soft, breathable clothes that help you relax.
Give yourself time. If possible, try not to schedule anything too rushed immediately before or after. Allowing yourself some quiet time before your session helps you settle in, and some space afterward gives you time to reflect and integrate.
Come as you are. No need to “do” anything special—just bring yourself. You’re welcome to share what’s on your heart or simply be still. All of you is welcome here.
