Energy healing appointments are 1 hour long. During our time together, I may use essential oils, plant and /or crystal allies, and sound instruments. If you have any preferences, please let me know.

You are fully clothed except for bare feet where I will apply essential oil to an acupressure point. To keep you comfortable, you will lay on a heated massage table with bolsters and a blanket or sheet. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothes.
